Course Description:

• CPR classes are not just for healthcare professionals.  CPR is for the whole family. 

• The Family and friends course is modular and teaches rescuer skills in
  
  CPR and relief of choking (foreign-body airway obstruction).
  
   It presents information about the American Heart Association Chain of
  
  Survival and signs of heart attack, cardiac arrest, stroke and choking.
  
  The course also presents information from the American Heart
  
  Association pediatric infant and child Chain of Survival, signs of choking
  
   in infants and children, how to reduce the risk of sudden infant death
  
  syndrome (SIDS), and prevention of most common fatal injuries in
  
  infants and children.
